Exchange and Restoration

If for any reason you are not satisfied with your order, please contact us. At Tacksi, we strive to ensure that our customers are 100% satisfied with the product they have purchased from our suppliers. If you have issues with the delivery or the product and feel frustrated, please contact us, and our team will assist you immediately.

How can I return all or part of my order?

If you decide to return your product to us within the 14-day cooling-off period, please note that we will refund the full amount of your order within 5 business days after we receive the product. Unfortunately, we cannot cover the costs of returning the product.

Follow the instructions below to return the product:

1. Request a return form from customer service at info@tacksi-sverige.com.
2. Contact customer service to request a return form. They will also provide you with a return address (note that this is not the address listed on our website).
3. If we can accept your return, do the following: Pack the product to be returned neatly and securely, preferably in its original packaging.
4. Send the package to the return address you received from our customer service.
5. Send the Track & Trace code to our customer service.
6. Once the package has arrived and been inspected, we will refund the amount you ordered for the returned products using the payment method used to pay for them.

Unfortunately, products that meet one or more of the following criteria cannot be returned:

a. Sealed products. Once the seal is broken, these products cannot be returned.
b. Products created by the entrepreneur according to the consumer's specifications (custom-made products).
c. Products that are clearly personal in nature.
d. Products that cannot be returned due to their nature.
e. Products in the categories "Beauty," "Children and Babies," and "Sports" cannot be returned due to COVID-19 hygiene measures.

Order Cancellation

It is possible to cancel an order only 30 minutes after the order has been placed. After 30 minutes, our order processing starts, and after this time, it is no longer possible to cancel.

Damaged Products Upon Arrival

That's unfortunate! Unfortunately, a product can be damaged during transport. If you have received a damaged or incorrect product, contact us within 14 days after receiving the product. After that, the return period unfortunately ends.

If you want the quickest solution, send us an email with a photo showing the damaged part of the product. The best photos are taken on a flat surface where the label and defect are clearly visible. We will use this information to assist you with your order and prevent errors in the future.
For defective products, we always send a new package free of charge at the first opportunity, but unfortunately, we cannot give you a refund. Will it be defective a second time? Then we will refund the full purchase price to you.

Product Defects or Issues After Use

So annoying! Unfortunately, it can happen that a manufacturing defect arises after some time. It must be a real defect. In other words, the part is broken and no longer meets the manufacturer's specifications. Manufacturing defects or issues do not apply to consumable parts. Consumables include, but are not limited to:

- Timing belts
- Batteries
- Brake pads and brake discs, brake linings, brake drums
- Chains, bulbs, pignons, tires, and tubes
- Moving parts in the broadest sense of the word

Delivery of Incorrect Products

We do everything we can to process all orders correctly. Unfortunately, it can happen that orders cannot be processed, and we send the wrong product to you. Of course, we will resolve this and send you the correct order at no additional cost.

Frequently Asked Questions About Our Return Policy

If you're still unsure, here are some frequently asked questions about our return policy:

1. How long is the return period?
You can return the product within 14 days after receiving your order.

2. How long does it take to get my money back?
Full refunds will be made with the original payment method once we have received, checked, and confirmed that the products have not been opened. All customers must contact us after returning the package and provide us with Track & Trace details so that we can process the return.
Note: Most financial institutions take an average of 3-5 business days to process a return.

3. Why can't beauty and health products be returned?
The following is a list of personal care products that cannot be returned or refunded (the list is not exhaustive): underwear, bikinis, makeup, hair styling products, beauty products, etc. We take hygiene and general safety seriously and do not allow beauty and health products to be returned to protect all our customers. We are not alone in this. Other suppliers of beauty and health products do not allow returns for the same reason.

In general, products cannot be returned if any of the following conditions are met:

- The buyer has repaired and/or altered the delivered products themselves or had a third party repair and/or alter them.
- The delivered products have been exposed to abnormal conditions or otherwise handled carelessly or in violation of the entrepreneur's instructions and/or have been handled on top of the packaging.
- The defect is entirely or partially caused by government regulations issued or about to be issued regarding the type or quality of the materials used.
- Hygiene products cannot be recalled and replaced, at least not according to the current COVID-19 measures.

4. Do I have to pay for the return shipping?
Yes, all customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping. We recommend sending your returns with Track & Trace, as we cannot take responsibility for lost returns.

5. Can I return my product without contacting you?
No. No, you must contact us before sending your return because the return address may be different from the address from which your order was originally shipped.

6. How can I contact you?
You can contact us via email at info@tacksi-sverige.com. The Tacksi team works seven days a week. We always guarantee a response within 3-5 business days and are happy to assist you!

7. My order is damaged, what should I do?

If you have received a damaged or incorrect item, contact us within 14 days of receiving the item. After that, unfortunately, the return period ends.

If the customer did not collect the product from the post office, we have incurred the cost of transporting the product there, and we reserve the right to retain 50% of the order value for the refund. If the customer still wants the product, we will forward the product to you for an additional €7.50.

Personal products cannot be returned.
